Payment options
As a valued customer of WAF we have provided you with a number of bill payment options, to supplement WAF Cashiers provided at our major office branches:
Pay Online You can pay your bill by using internet banking services provided through your bank. You need to register for internet banking services and your reference account for Water Authority of Fiji biller is your account number provided on your bill statement. Direct Debit Set up a direct debit from your nominated cheque or savings account and payment done automatically from your bank account on nominated pay cycles or monthly to Water Authority of Fiji without you feeling the burden of paying large amounts when your quarterly bill arrives after three (3) months. Telephone Banking - Bill Pay Call your bank to pay your bill from your cheque or savings account. Your reference number is your account number on your bill statement. By Post You can post your payment by cheque to:
Water Authority of Fiji Please ensure you include the payment slip from your bill with your cheque. Pay at any Post Fiji Office and MH Supermarkets You can pay in person at any Post Fiji branches and MH supermarkets around Fiji. Please ensure you present your bill statement at the cashiers.
EFTPOS Currently available to Westpac Bank customers only at WAF National Office branch, Wainivula, Nasinu.
