You can pay your bill by using internet banking services provided through your bank. You need to register for internet banking services and your reference account for Water Authority of Fiji biller is your account number provided on your bill statement.
Set up a direct debit from your nominated cheque or savings account and payment done automatically from your bank account on nominated pay cycles or monthly to Water Authority of Fiji without you feeling the burden of paying large amounts when your quarterly bill arrives after three (3) months.
Telephone Banking - Bill Pay
Call your bank to pay your bill from your cheque or savings account.
Your reference number is your account number on your bill statement.

Pay at any Post Fiji Office and MH Supermarkets
You can pay in person at any Post Fiji branches and MH supermarkets around Fiji. Please ensure you present your bill statement at the cashiers.

In addition, the card will consist of sufficient customer details such as customer name and address, account number, meter number and customer TIN number.
